Inside Flow® Advanced Teacher Training (3 Days)

For the first time in Budapest, this three-day Advanced Teacher Training offers Inside Flow teachers the opportunity to deepen their teaching skills, refine their creative process, and elevate their confidence in guiding powerful, music-driven flows.

Drawing from her many years of experience as an Inside Flow teacher, teacher trainer, and mentor, Ami Norton will support you in taking the next step in your teaching journey. Across three immersive days, you’ll explore both the art and the structure behind Inside Flow, gain new tools for sequencing and music interpretation, and learn to create your own signature flows. Expect a mix of theory, embodied practice, group creation, and personalised feedback in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Throughout the training, you will work on:

• Inside Flow Creation – Core Theory & Application
  Understand the foundational principles that make an Inside Flow cohesive, logical, musical, and emotionally resonant. Learn how to move from an idea or song into a structured, teachable flow.
• Music Analysis & Flow Mapping
  Deepen your understanding of musicality. Learn how to break down a track, identify emotional and energetic arcs, and translate them into magical Inside Flows.
• Embodiment & Expressive Teaching
  Explore what it means to “embody the music” in a grounded, accessible way. Develop tools to help your students feel the music in their bodies and move from the heart.
• Creative & Student-Centred Sequencing
  Discover methods to create flows tailored to different levels and student needs while maintaining the creativity and structural integrity that Inside Flow is known for.
• Inside Flow Factory – Group Creation Lab (HIGHLIGHT)
  A collaborative space where you’ll co-create flows with your peers, supported by Ami’s guidance. Experiment, refine, and bring your ideas to life. There will also be chances to show your own flow creation in Flow Factory.
• Teach, Receive Feedback, Grow
  Each participant will have opportunities to lead the group and receive constructive feedback to integrate into their teaching.

Meet your teacher trainer…

Ami Norton is an Inside Flow Pro Teacher who has trained hundreds of Inside Flow teachers across the globe to start their Inside Flow teaching journey and level up along the way.

She has 10 years of experience in teaching Inside Flow and has been conducting Inside Flow trainings for 7 years, so she knows how to give teachers the tools they need to teach this unique style of vinyasa flow yoga and reach their full potential.

Ami’s yoga journey began back in 2006 when she came to yoga after many years of dancing. After a decade as a dedicated practitioner, she finally found a style that combined creative movement & music – Inside Flow – in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. She now teaches trainings, workshops & retreats internationally and online, sharing her passion for mindful movement and yoga as a way of cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with the self.

Her big loves include curating awesome playlists, geeking out on sequencing, and supporting teachers to be the best they can be. Ami loves sharing the joy and empowerment of Inside Flow with the global community—and she can’t wait to share it with you!
