Is any food included in the price?
Water will be available throughout the day – we recommend bringing a bottle that you can refill. For meals, there are several restaurants near the venue. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own food.
How do I get to the location?
The venue is Grand Victoria Hotel Taipei, located in the Dazhi district of Taipei.
Address: No. 168, Jingye 4th Road, Zhongshan District, 104 Taipei City, Taiwan.
You can reach it easily by public transportation:
• MRT: Take the Wenhu Line and get off at Jiannan Road Station. From Exit 3, it is just a short walk to the hotel.
• Bus: Several bus lines stop nearby at Miramar, only about 3 minutes away on foot.
• Taxi or car: The hotel is easy to access by car and is located in a well connected part of Taipei.
Grand Victoria Hotel offers an elegant setting with modern luxury, right in the heart of Taipei’s Dazhi area.

Will there be a Flow Factory?
Yes, feel free to bring your own flow for feedback. There will be opportunities to have your flow reviewed.
Is the event only for yoga teachers?
The Inside Flow Summit is primarily aimed at certified Inside Flow teachers. The focus will be on advanced Inside Flow content. Basics such as class structuring and teaching on beat will not be covered. For the fundamental Inside Flow knowledge, we recommend our online trainings or the in-person trainings you can find here: https://insideyoga.org/inside-flow/trainings/
However, also regular to advanced yoga and/or Inside Flow practitioners can join the Summit. Just be aware that there is a lot of practice, so it’s physically demanding, and theoretical impulse sessions on Inside Flow topics.
How many TRC points are offered, and is the training AYA certified?
The training is recognized by the American Yoga Alliance, and you will receive 50 Training Credits (TRC) for your Inside Flow teacher profile.
Will there be yoga mats available? What should I bring?
Yoga mats will not be provided, so please bring your own mat. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, small snacks or lunch, a small towel, a tripod for recordings with your phone, a notebook and a pen, as well as a change of clothes – you never know with #flowglow. 😉
Can I cancel my event ticket?

What languages will be spoken at the summit?
The summit will be conducted in English. We plan to offer Chinese translation for theoretical parts of the training.
What happens if the summit is canceled?
In the unlikely event that the Summit is canceled by the organizers, the full ticket price will be refunded. Travel and other expenses cannot be reimbursed.
Will photos and videos be taken during the event?
Yes, photos and videos will be taken during the Summit and may be used for marketing purposes.
What are the hours of the event?
We are flowing daily from 10am – 5pm.
The last day will end approx. 1h earlier.

Terms & Cancellation Policy
The event is organized by INSIDE YOGA TAIPEI, Taipei, Taiwan. Tickets may be purchased locally via INSIDE YOGA TAIPEI or internationally via INSIDE FLOW UG, Frankfurt, Germany, which manages bookings and payments.
1. Exclusion of Commercial Entities
The purchase of tickets is strictly limited to private individuals. Commercial entities, businesses, or organizations are excluded from purchasing tickets. The participant confirms that they are acting as a private individual and not with any commercial or business intent.
2. Accuracy of Information
The participant confirms that all information provided, particularly regarding their identity and tax status, is complete and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, details concerning their status as a private individual or a business entity.
3. Cancellation Before the Event
Tickets are personalized and thus ticket transfers are not possible. Cancellations are allowed as follows:
- Up to 3 months before the event: 10% cancellation fee
- Up to 6 weeks before the event: 20% cancellation fee
- After this period, cancellations are only permitted with a valid medical certificate. In this case, a 20% cancellation fee still applies.
4. Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@insideyoga.org prior to the start of the training.
5. No Refunds for Late Cancellations
Cancellations received after the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund. The registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued for unexcused absences.
6. Force Majeure
In cases where the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations), participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
7. Photo & Film
Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be taken at the event, and you agree to their subsequent use by attending the event.
8. License
The Inside Flow teacher training is internationally recognized and complies with American Yoga Alliance (AYA) guidelines. Once you have completed the teacher training and passed your exam, you will receive your Inside Flow certificate. Please note: Inside Flow is a registered trademark. Those who teach Inside Flow are required to register on insideflow.com and pay an annual licensing fee.
