Learn all about correct and healthy alignment in your yoga practice (module 1) as well as Vinyasa Flow and Vinyasa Krama and perfect yoga class structures (module 2). Step by step, you will be introduced to adjustments and correction techniques (module 3) so that your students feel comfortable in your classes and recognize their own progress. In the teaching module (4), you will immerse yourself in communication, including how to use your voice and move through the room, how to radiate your uniqueness as a teacher and remain authentic!

Over the course of 4 months, you independently work through the 4 modules, which consist of many on-demand video lessons – whenever it fits into your schedule (recommendation: 1 month – 1 module). Of course, the team at Inside Online supports you throughout the whole time in the community group and live sessions.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in 9 live group coaching sessions via Zoom with the founder Young Ho Kim and other fantastic senior and pro teachers and instructors (replays included). The sessions and teachers will support you on your path to becoming an Inside Yoga teacher.
