🪄Inside Flow Senior Teacher
Maura is an Inside Flow Senior Teacher, yoga teacher, and yoga therapist based in Luxembourg.
She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 teacher, with a diverse background in yoga, anatomy, Thai massage and neuroscience. Her curiosity about the connection between music and movement led her to Inside Flow.
For Maura, Inside Flow is more than learning choreography. It is a moving meditation, an opportunity to connect movement with music, develop body awareness, and express yourself through the rhythm of breath and movement. She loves the moment when the steps become less about remembering what comes next and more about feeling the music and experiencing the flow. Communication is at the heart of Maura’s teaching. She believes it is not just about showing people what to do, but about finding the right way to bring information across so that people can understand it, connect with it, and experience it for themselves. Whether she is explaining a movement, guiding a transition, or helping students connect with the music, she wants the experience to feel clear, engaging, and meaningful. Her aim is for every participant to feel supported, enjoy the process, and leave class feeling good, not only because of what they have learned, but because of how they felt throughout the experience.
Maura’s approach is shaped by her background in communication, her scientific interests, and her commitment to continuous learning. She has taught at festivals and workshops internationally, sharing her passion for movement and connecting with different communities. Beyond Inside Flow, Maura follows her philosophy of Yoga for the Real World. Her teaching combines yoga, functional movement, and therapeutic principles with insights from movement science. Rather than chasing perfect poses, she focuses on helping people build strength, improve mobility, and move with more ease and confidence in everyday life. Whether in an Inside Flow class, a workshop, or a therapeutic session, Maura aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can explore their potential, enjoy movement, and build a sustainable practice that supports both body and mind, on and off the mat.
