A new hairstyle, a new career path, a new piece of clothing – we all invent and reinvent ourselves constantly on our path to become more aligned with who we are on the inside.
Continuing our own journey of transformation and growth we decided to fully commit ourselves to the Inside Community and to build an online home for all of us. We, the Official Inside Flow team and team at (formerly) TINT Yoga, are so excited that on TINT Yoga’s 8th birthday, we grow up to become Inside Online – with a new look and new membership options.

Here’s Why TINT Yoga Made the Shift to Inside Online
Starting out as an online platform in 2016 that hosted a wide variety of teachers from all over the world and from different yoga styles, we at (formerly) TINT Yoga has become more and more fascinated by this special spark of the Inside community. Your stories, your love for Inside Flow and Inside Yoga anatomy, as well as your willingness to tap into your dreams and emotions – you inspire us every day and you let us grow into the best version of ourselves.
So thanks to you we’ve come to realize that indeed all we need is inside. Inside Yoga, Inside Flow – Inside Online. That’s why now we commit fully to you, and our community. Going forward we will grow into your unique online world that supports you on every step of the way to the best of our abilities.

There are 2 main changes in our membership subscriptions:
1️⃣ You can now choose a monthly (and yearly) option instead of 3, 6 or 12 months.
2️⃣ The brand new Flow membership allows Flow lovers to focus on what they love the most: Inside Flow – for less than $10 per month
Flow Membership – For Flow Lovers
The perfect membership for everyone who loves practicing Inside Flow and has felt that with Inside Flow they have found a missing piece in their yoga practice. For everyone who has felt the magic in their hearts that Inside Flow creates. Who has felt the joy, the tears, the empowerment, and all the other emotions that the music enables you to feel. Who has felt seen and like they found a community of like-minded and open-hearted yogis – and who wouldn’t want to miss this for the world. With this membership, you get all our Inside Flow classes for less than $10 per month!
Premium Membership – For Yogis who want MORE
The Premium Membership is for everyone who likes taking one or two steps further into the Inside universe. For everyone who enjoys practicing various yoga classes and diving deeper into whole video series, immersing themselves into different topics. Who like learning more and who strive for progress in their practice. Who search to find inspiration for their own teaching and grow as a practitioner (and teacher).
As a premium member, you have access to all our yoga classes, series like Healthy Inside or the Inside Flow Starter Course, benefits for our Summit streams, and discounts for our teacher trainings.
