For over 20 years, Young Ho has been a pioneer in modern yoga, inspiring evolution and growth in the practice. As the founder of the Inside Yoga Studio in Frankfurt and the creator of INSIDEFLOW®, he has touched the lives of thousands with his unique vinyasa flow style, combining refined sequencing with modern music.Young Ho educates hundreds of yoga teachers annually, encouraging them to question and evolve traditional concepts. His teaching emphasizes healthy alignment, ease, and a willingness to embrace change, going beyond asana and flexibility.

About Ami Norton

Ami discovered yoga in 2006 during university in England, and it has been a constant in her life ever since. After moving to Frankfurt from London, she completed her teacher training at Inside Yoga, advancing with certifications in Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, Personal Training, and Chromatic Yoga. Now a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and Inside Flow Senior Teacher, Ami teaches classes in Frankfurt and online, leads workshops and trainings across Europe and Asia, and shares her practice on Inside Online.

With a lifelong passion for dance and music, Ami draws on her background in styles like Ballroom, Hip Hop, and Contemporary to craft creative, flowing sequences that connect movement, breath, and emotion. Her lighthearted approach creates a space for students to explore and connect deeply within themselves.

About Hie Kim

Hie is a sought-after teacher trainer, festival organizer, and pro-teacher of the modern Inside Flow Yoga style. As one of the first instructors at Inside Yoga Studio, he’s known for his empathetic, humorous teaching approach, helping students navigate challenges with ease. Teaching on 50 weekends a year, Hie has inspired hundreds of yoga teachers across German-speaking Europe and Asia.

Hie is the author of the “Das Yogalehrer Buch” series, a poetry collection, and the founder of the annual Yunion Yoga Festival in Gastein Valley. His teaching, featured on Inside Online, emphasizes student-centered, reactive methods, which he shares in his 35-hour training, “The Art of Teaching.” Known for his poetic Shavasana readings, Hie creates classes that engage physically, mentally, and emotionally.
