Welcome to the Teach & … Series where we dive into specific Inside Flow topics to create a deeper understanding on teaching Inside Flow. Teach & Create II is all about leveling up your creativity. Manifest your ideas into movements that sync up perfectly to songs. Let’s create moments that explode and memories that last for a lifetime.

Hie Kim’s “Teach & ____ “ Series has been wildly successful with high praise from all over the global Inside Flow Community. After “Teach & Create 1, –inspire and –build up” we circle back to Hie’s forté: Creative Inside Flows!

Who is this for? Every Inside Flow teacher, who feels uncreative at times or any Inside Flow teacher who wants an alternative perspective on choreography.

Day 1 – Inside Flow Blue Print

On this day we will dive into every aspect of an Inside Flow

1.) Lyrics – From real thoughts to thoughtful reality.
2.) Elements of music – From from sonic to body waves
3.) Verse – Flow with integrity
4.) Chorus – A Guide to explosion
5.) Bridge & the last part – Diving into new dimensions

Day 2 – Community Flow Factory

On this day we will create Inside Flows together. –Let’s create a hit!

We will have various Inside Flow Songs ready and will create inside Flows together. Your biggest concern might be to feel left out, but don’t worry. We will go through various excercises to create the best environment for you to grow.

Create a chorus and let’s see what the other’s and you came up with
• Let’s analyze our top choice!
• let’s create a verse and the rest of the song.
• I will guide you to finish the flow
• Let’s flow to our new creation!
• Let’s do it all over again!

I can promise you, that you will be a better Inside Flow creator after this training. You will have the replay for 1 year and get 12 TRC.

About Hie Kim:

Hie Kim is a teacher trainer, yoga festival teacher, and organizer, as well as pro-teacher of the modern Inside Flow Yoga style. As one of the first teachers of the legendary Inside Yoga Studio, Hie often takes on the role of a compassionate instructor, bridging challenging moments with a touch of humor. On 50 weekends a year, Hie teaches hundreds of yoga teachers and is well-known in German-speaking Europe and parts of Asia. He is the author of a poetry collection, the German book-series “Das Yogalehrer Buch” (The Yoga Teacher Book), and annually hosts the yunion Yoga Festival in the Gastein valley. In addition, Hie Kim teaches numerous video series on the premium online yoga platform Inside Online. His yoga teaching is strongly student-centered. He transfers this reactive teaching style to other teachers in his 35-hour training “The Art of Teaching.” With his didactic ability and his empathetic, humorous character, he succeeds in physically, mentally, and emotionally engaging his yoga students and inspiring them with well-thought-out classes. His self-written poems in Shavasana are particularly popular. Outside of teaching, Hie Kim enjoys spending time in the kitchen or cuddling with his two cats, Yani and Yumi.

Where will the training be hosted?

The training will be hosted via a Zoom meeting. After registration, you’re invited to a closed community group with further information, the Zoom details and a way to communicate with your teacher and other participants joining this immersion.
