After three years of hosting official Inside Flow and Inside Yoga training courses across Vietnam, we believe it’s time to establish a physical studio that adheres to the global standards of Inside Flow and Inside Yoga. This studio aims to provide a space for everyone in Vietnam to experience the benefits of these practices.

Moreover, our studio will be the breeding ground for well-trained Inside Flow and Inside Yoga teachers. It will follow global standards and serve as a hub for high-level instructors and yoga enthusiasts from around the world to exchange knowledge and energy.
