Martin first came to the yoga mat in 2011 in a big fitness center in the city of Bogor. Martin was inspired by his first Ashtanga Yoga Teacher to practice deeper as daily routine as he found yoga as the old time routine doing classical ballet for 20 years. Yoga has healed Martin’s injuries in the back and he decided to deepen the practice into yoga teacher training program together with his wife Tasya Dante. Martin has deepening his practice and many various of trainings in Ashtanga Yoga with legendary Ashtangi David Swenson , Power Vinyasa with Dylan Werner, Dice Klein and Patrick Beach and also Hansa Therapeutic Flow with Vincent Bolletta. Martin founded Martasya Yoga with his wife in 2012 after finishing the first training 200 hours Hatha Yoga with Noah Maze in Indonesia. Martasya Yoga has been continuing grown up in the style of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga up to now.

Martin met Young Ho Kim in Bali Spirit Festival 2016 when he got the chance to become the liaison to accompany Young Ho during his teaching there. Martin has promised Young Ho to come to Germany for taking the teacher training of Inside Flow as he believe this style is the most suited yoga style due to his ballet dancing background to develop in Indonesia and the south east Asian region.

In December 2016 Martin took the first teacher training Inside Flow in Inside Yoga Academy Frankfurt and became the first Inside Flow certified Teacher in South East Asia. Martin spreaded Inside Flow in Indonesia and in the south east asia region since early 2017 and become Senior Teacher Inside Flow since 2019.

Due to his passion in Inside Flow and technology, Martin has developed advance online class and trainings since the pandemic time in 2020 until today that made Martasya Yoga Academy successfully overcome the pandemic with building up the Inside Flow community not only in Indonesia but also world wide.

Martin has been certified 200 hours INSIDE YOGA since 2021 as well from TINT YOGA ACADEMY and became TINT YOGA Ambassador Indonesia since 2019.
