Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Exclusion of Commercial Entities

The purchase of tickets is strictly limited to private individuals. Commercial entities, businesses, or organizations are excluded from purchasing tickets. The participant confirms that they are acting as a private individual and not with any commercial or business intent.

2. Accuracy of Information

The participant confirms that all information provided, particularly regarding their identity and tax status, is complete and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, details concerning their status as a private individual or a business entity.

3. Cancellation Before the Event

Cancellations without a valid reason are allowed up to 4 weeks before the event start date. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total training fee. For cancellations due to illness or accident, a full refund of the training costs (minus the 20% handling fee) will be provided upon submission of a valid medical certificate, no later than the event start date.

4. Special Cancellation Policy for Blind Tickets

If the event date needs to be changed by the organizer, participants holding a blind ticket will have the option to either transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund of the training fee. This policy supersedes the regular cancellation terms for blind tickets in such cases.

5. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@insideyoga.org prior to the start of the training.

6. No Refunds for Late Cancellations

Cancellations received after the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund. The registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued for unexcused absences.

7. Force Majeure

In cases where the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations), participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

8. Photo & Film

Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be taken at the event, and you agree to their subsequent use by attending the event.

9. License

The Inside Flow teacher training is internationally recognized and complies with American Yoga Alliance (AYA) guidelines. Once you have completed the teacher training and passed your exam, you will receive your Inside Flow certificate. Please note: Inside Flow is a registered trademark. Those who teach Inside Flow are required to register on insideflow.com and pay an annual licensing fee.
