FAQ
What is the best way to book a hotel and transfer?
You can use our booking form to book a room directly at the hotel where the Global Summit is taking place. As a Summit participant you will receive a discount of around €100. In the same form you can also book a transfer from the airport to the hotel.

When I join with my partner/family/friend, do I still get the hotel at a special price?
Yes, the room prices are always for two persons. You can take another person with you. If you have more questions you can reach out to our partner Amp who is coordinating the hotel requests.

What is the Prime Zone Add-On (Exclusive Front-Row Spot)?
For the first time we will offer limited spots in the first three rows to have the best view. The price for the add-on is 100€ for the whole summit. You can book it when buying your ticket in the checkout.
Is food included in the price?
Water will be available throughout the day. We have lunch every day by the hotel and one special dinner with everyone. If you book the hotel using our form, you will receive a lower price as well as daily breakfast included.
How do I get to the location?
The best way to get there is via Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi or Bangkok-Don Mueang Airport. From there, the drive to the location takes about 2.5 hours. A transfer can be booked via our hotel booking: BOOK HERE.
Will there be a Flow Factory?
Yes, there will be opportunities to have your flow reviewed. Feel free to bring your own flow for feedback.
Can I have professional photos taken?
Yes, Yongsubi, Young Ho’s photographer and the photographer of every of our Summits, will again offer professional group photoshoots as well as snapshot sessions. You will receive all details about this approximately 4-6 weeks before the summit begins.
Is the event only for yoga teachers?
The Inside Flow Summit is primarily aimed at certified Inside Flow teachers. The focus will be on advanced Inside Flow content. Basics such as class structuring and teaching onbeat will not be covered. For this, we recommend our online trainings or the in-person Inside Flow Training in Frankfurt.
However, also yogis with a regular Inside Flow practice are welcome to join! Just know that it will be more intense with 2-5 Inside Flows per day.
How many TRC points are offered, and is the training AYA certified?
The training is recognized by the American Yoga Alliance, and you will receive 50 TRC points.
Will there be yoga mats available? What should I bring?
Yoga mats will not be provided, so please bring your own mat. Remember that we’ll practice A LOT, so your super-thin travel mat might be too hard on your knees.
We also recommend bringing a water bottle, small snacks, a small towel, a tripod, a notebook and pen, as well as a change of clothes – just in case.
Can I cancel my event ticket?

Be aware: Tickets cannot be transferred to another person!
Recommendation: A personal travel insurance for your reimbursement.
What languages will be spoken at the Summit?
The Summit will be conducted in English.
What happens if the Summit is canceled?
In the unlikely event that the Summit is cancelled by the organizers, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Travel and other expenses cannot be reimbursed. (If you have a travel insurance, it might cover that.)
Will photos and videos be taken during the event?
Yes, photos and videos will be taken during the Summit and may be used for marketing purposes. You agree to their subsequent use by attending the event.
Are there any payment plans available?
It is currently not possible to pay in two or more installments – there are not any payment plans available.
In case you’re a Gold Instructor or a higher teacher level, you get a teacher discount. You’ll find the button to request your discount above the ticket options.
Can I also book a transfer after I have requested my hotel?

Terms & Cancellation Policy
1. Exclusion of Commercial Entities
The purchase of tickets is strictly limited to private individuals. Commercial entities, businesses, or organizations are excluded from purchasing tickets. The participant confirms that they are acting as a private individual and not with any commercial or business intent.
2. Accuracy of Information
The participant confirms that all information provided, particularly regarding their identity and tax status, is complete and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, details concerning their status as a private individual or a business entity.
3. Cancellation Before the Event
Tickets are personalized and thus ticket transfers are not possible. Cancellations are allowed as follows:
- Up to 3 months before the event: 10% cancellation fee
- Up to 6 weeks before the event: 20% cancellation fee
- After this period, cancellations are only permitted with a valid medical certificate
4. Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@insideyoga.org prior to the start of the training.
5. No Refunds for Late Cancellations
Cancellations received after the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund. The registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued for unexcused absences.
6. Force Majeure
In cases where the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations), participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
7. Photo & Film
Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be taken at the event, and you agree to their subsequent use by attending the event.
8. License
The Inside Flow teacher training is internationally recognized and complies with American Yoga Alliance (AYA) guidelines. Once you have completed the teacher training and passed your exam, you will receive your Inside Flow certificate. Please note: Inside Flow is a registered trademark. Those who teach Inside Flow are required to register on insideflow.com and pay an annual licensing fee.
